Commercial Car Parks & Pavements
Heavy traffic. Hard wearing. Properly drained.
We build concrete car parks, hardstands, loading docks, kerbs and pavements for businesses, body corporates and schools. Designed for heavy vehicle loads and stormwater, they outlast asphalt and need far less maintenance.
Often chosen with commercial concrete slabs, industrial concrete floors, excavation & site preparation.

Commercial Car Parks & Pavements questions, answered
Why concrete instead of asphalt?
Concrete costs more upfront but lasts far longer under heavy loads and hot sun, with minimal maintenance and no potholes.
Can the car park stay open?
We stage works in sections so part of your car park stays usable, and can schedule pours outside trading hours.
How are car parks drained?
We grade the pavement to grated pits or kerb and channel, following the civil engineer’s drainage design. Correct falls stop ponding, which damages pavements and makes them unsafe.
Can line marking be applied straight after the pour?
Line paint needs the concrete to cure first, usually around 28 days. Temporary marking can be used if the car park has to open sooner.
Do you build kerbs and wheel stops?
Yes. We extrude or form kerb and channel and drill and fix wheel stops. We can also form concrete islands, footpaths and accessible parking bays.
