Commercial Concrete Slabs
On programme. On spec. On level.
We pour commercial slabs for builders, developers and businesses — retail fit-outs, offices, townhouse developments and mixed-use projects. Our crews work to engineering, programme and site safety requirements, with laser screeding for accurate large-area pours.
Often chosen with industrial concrete floors, commercial car parks & pavements, concrete foundations & footings.

Commercial Concrete Slabs questions, answered
Do you work for builders?
Yes. Much of our commercial work is for builders and developers. We’re happy to price from drawings and work to your programme.
Can you pour after hours?
Yes. For occupied sites, retail centres or hot weather we can schedule early-morning, night or weekend pours.
What documents do you need to price a commercial slab?
Structural drawings, the concrete specification, a geotechnical report if there is one, and your programme. If you’re still at the planning stage, we can comment on buildability.
Do you supply quality assurance records?
Yes. We record concrete delivery dockets, slump tests, test-cylinder results where specified, and pour photos, and hand them over with the job.
Can you pour large slabs in one day?
We plan pour sizes around the joint layout, crew size, pump and supply. Large pours start early in the morning to beat the heat, with extra finishers on site.
