Concrete Resurfacing
A brand-new look without the jackhammer.
If your concrete is structurally sound but stained, worn or dated, resurfacing applies a new polymer-modified overlay — plain, coloured or patterned — directly over the top. It’s faster, quieter and cheaper than full replacement.
Often chosen with concrete repairs, decorative concrete, concrete sealing & maintenance.

Guides: Why does concrete crack?, Should you resurface or replace your concrete?
Concrete Resurfacing questions, answered
Can every slab be resurfaced?
Only slabs that are structurally sound. Sinking, heavily cracked or lifting concrete should be repaired or replaced first.
How long does resurfacing last?
With proper preparation and resealing every few years, a quality overlay can last many years on residential areas.
What happens during concrete resurfacing?
We pressure-clean the slab and grind any coatings. Then we repair cracks and spray on a polymer-modified cement base coat, and apply your chosen pattern and colour coats. A sealer goes on last.
Can resurfacing hide old oil stains and patches?
Yes. Resurfacing covers stains, patched areas and mismatched sections with one consistent colour and pattern. Badly contaminated oil areas are cleaned and primed first so the coating bonds.
Do I need to move out during resurfacing?
No. Most jobs take two to three days, and you can walk on the surface the next day. Vehicles stay off until the coating has cured, usually a few days.
