Do you cover my suburb?

We work right across the Gold Coast — from Ormeau and Coomera in the north to Coolangatta in the south, and up into the hinterland including Mudgeeraba, Bonogin, Canungra and Tamborine Mountain. No travel surcharges.

Is the quote really fixed?

Yes. After your free site measure we put one itemised price in writing. The only time it changes is if you ask for something different — and you approve that before we do it.

How quickly can someone come out?

Send the form or call and we’ll come back to you the same morning or afternoon. Most site visits are booked within two days, and Saturday visits are available by appointment if you can’t be home during the week.

Who actually does the work?

Our own crews, managed by owner Nathan Carter. The team that measures and prices your job is the team that prepares, pours and finishes it, so nothing gets lost between the quote and the build.

Are you insured?

Yes. Gold Coast Concrete Services is the Gold Coast division of Creative Concrete Constructions (ABN 49 120 020 439) and carries $20M public liability insurance. Certificates of currency are available on request.
