Industrial Concrete Floors

Forklift-flat. Built for heavy racking.

Warehouses, factories and workshops need floors that handle forklifts, racking loads and constant wear. We pour heavy-duty industrial floors with tight flatness tolerances, armoured joints and hard-wearing surface treatments.

Often chosen with commercial concrete slabs, commercial car parks & pavements, concrete cutting & saw cutting.

Industrial Concrete Floors questions, answered

Can you pour around existing operations?

Yes. We can stage pours by bay and schedule around your operations to minimise downtime.

What about coatings?

We finish floors ready for epoxy, polyurethane or densifier treatments, and can coordinate coating contractors.

How flat can an industrial floor be finished?

We laser-screed and power-trowel floors to the flatness your racking or forklift supplier specifies. We confirm the required tolerance before quoting.

How are joints handled under forklift traffic?

We use armoured or dowelled joints, or saw-cut joints filled with semi-rigid filler, so forklift wheels cross smoothly without chipping the edges.

Can the floor resist chemicals and oils?

Bare concrete stains easily. For workshops and processing areas, we specify a densifier, or a chemical-resistant epoxy or polyurethane coating, depending on what will spill.
