Stencil Concrete
The look of pavers. The strength of a slab.
Stencil concrete gives you the look of brick, tile or flagstone without the weeds, sinking and lifting that pavers bring. We lay paper stencils over fresh concrete, apply a coloured surface hardener, then remove the stencil to reveal crisp grout lines.
Often chosen with stamped / patterned concrete, coloured concrete, concrete sealing & maintenance.

Stencil Concrete questions, answered
Is stencil concrete good for driveways?
Yes — it’s a full-strength reinforced slab underneath. Regular resealing keeps the colour sharp where tyres turn.
How is it different from stamped concrete?
Stencilling creates flat patterns with recessed grout lines; stamping presses a 3D texture into the surface. Stencil is generally smoother and easier to clean.
How long does a stencil pattern last on a driveway?
The pattern is part of a coloured surface layer bonded to the fresh slab, so it wears slowly. Resealing every 2–3 years keeps the colour and grout lines crisp on driveways.
Can stencil concrete be used around a pool?
Yes, with an anti-slip additive in the sealer. Lighter colours are best for pool areas, as they stay cooler underfoot.
Can I choose a border in a different colour?
Yes. A contrasting border or banding is one of the most popular stencil designs. It frames a driveway or patio and hides the edge of the pattern.
